Google Sites Widget Integration
Add interactive widgets to Google Sites — reviews, chat, social feeds & more.
Install Steps
- Open your Google Site editor.
- Select 'Embed' from the right sidebar.
- Choose 'Embed Code' tab.
- Paste the GizmoSauce snippet.
- Resize the frame as needed.
Installation Guide
- On the right sidebar, click Embed (yellow < > icon).
- Select the Embed Code tab (not By URL).
- Paste your snippet and click Next.
- You will see a preview. Click Insert.
- Resize the blue box handles to fit your widget content.
Limitations
Google Sites aggressively sandboxes embeds. Features like 'Open in Lightbox' or full-screen popups may be constrained to the embed rectangle. We recommend using 'Inline' layouts for Google Sites rather than 'Floating' ones.
