Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel

Use the billing portal to change plans and payment methods.

Where to manage billing

Go to /dashboard/billing and open the customer portal.

From there you can:

  • Upgrade or downgrade
  • Update payment method
  • Cancel your subscription
  • View invoices

How widget limits work (and why upgrades are smooth)

Plans define how many widgets you can publish. If you reach the limit, you can either delete unused widgets or upgrade.

Upgrades are designed to be smooth:

  • You keep the same account.
  • Your widget IDs stay the same.
  • Your embeds keep working.

Most users start on a smaller plan to validate results, then upgrade once they know which widgets perform best.

Manage billing in the customer portal

Billing is managed through the customer portal in /dashboard/billing. From there you can:

  • Upgrade or downgrade
  • Update payment method
  • Cancel your subscription
  • View invoices

If you cancel, your subscription status will update based on the billing period rules shown in the portal.

If you’re billed but features don’t match

If you upgraded and don’t see the expected limits/features:

  • Refresh the dashboard.
  • Log out and back in.
  • Confirm the subscription status in /dashboard/billing.

If it still looks wrong, contact support and include your account email and the plan you expected.
